Rate account details - step 1 of 4

Important information If you already have a Direct Debit set up for rate payments, you can continue to make an online payment, however, your Direct Debit may still be taken.
Enter the IDs of the property for which you want to make a payment:
Account ID
This can be found at the top right of your bill
Ratepayer ID
This can be found at the top right of your bill
Note: You will not be able to proceed if the IDs do not match what we hold on our database.
